Create the perfect finishing touch for your party, event, or special occasion with our Custom Balloon Vinyl. Personalise your balloons with names, slogans, dates, numbers, silhouette images, or your own logo.  All professionally cut from high quality adhesive vinyl for a crisp, clean finish.

Simply choose your canvas size, select your vinyl colour, and enter your text. We recommend up to 3 words for the best visual impact, especially on curved balloon surfaces. If you’d like a silhouette, icon, or logo, just upload your image and we’ll size it to fit your chosen canvas.

Add your own text to the custom text box, We will use your text as you type it, make sure you include upper and lower case letters as you want them to appear in the vinyl.

Use the image upload box to upload your image in .jpg or .png format.

Your vinyl will arrive as separate words ready to apply with application tape added, making it quick and easy to transfer onto your balloon.

Balloon Canvas Sizes

(Use to determine the maximum area your text or graphic will fit within)

• 150mm x 80mm   — Ideal for single words
• 200mm x 100mm — Multiple words on smaller balloons
• 200mm x 150mm — Slightly larger letters on smaller balloons
• 200mm x 200mm — Great for multiple words on 18″ balloons
• 250mm x 100mm — Perfect for single words on 18″ balloons
• 250mm x 200mm — Ideal for longer words on 18″ balloons
• 300mm x 250mm — Suitable for large balloons
• 300mm x 300mm — Best for 24″ balloons and above

Text size will vary depending on the font and number of characters. More words = smaller text. For best results, we recommend 3 words maximum.

Numbers and graphics can be larger, but keep in mind that bigger vinyl is harder to apply to curved surfaces.
